"I started working at Salon Studios by J. Rich, in April 2010. Jane and I worked together in the same salon for 10 years in Rancho Mirage. A few months after Jane left she called me and told me she was opening her own salon, and that they would be private studios, in which we all could decorate to our own individual taste. Even after 24 years in the same location I jumped at the chance to work with Jane again. She is a perfectionist and keeps the waiting area beautifully decorated, and well
supplied with coffee, cookies, magazines etc. for our clients. She is constantly checking in with all of us to make sure we are happy. "My friend and coworker, Jane Richins. The first day Jane and I met, it was for lunch to talk about the possibility of us sharing a small studio where she worked at that time.  Very shortly into lunch, we both decided yes, we could.  It would be good…

Now fast forward:  Eight years plus some, I would say, it has been good and it is Fantastic.  I am still working with Jane, however I have my own studio in one of her three really great Salon Studios Suites.  We are all three neighbors, almost next door.  I have a lot of new stylist’s friends, in all of the studios.

Jane has created a wonderful place for all of us, that is hard to imagine how it works, until you see them.  We have our own studios, with a very attractive entry and seating area, refreshment and fresh coffee every morning, sweet treats too!

Not only all that, but Jane is the best part, she smiles a lot,  she is truly supportive, caring, listens, talks with all of us any time and very helpful in all of our businesses being successful.  In her spare time she is committed to the salons having every possible supply of anything they might need.
